everyone can smell that claiming to pay for a significant part of the program by fighting fraud is ridiculous. Mr. Obama would be smart not to discredit himself by making such claims.

Leftwingers will pronounce whatever the leftwing leader says as the most intelligent utterance in recent memory regardless of how obviously false it is. Moderates and Conservatives tend to be more discriminating of leftwing propaganda, and of rightwing propaganda.
