I don't know just what you do for a living, but unless you are the owner of a business, I doubt you get to cuss people out and flip them off without repercussions? and even if you are the boss, a lot of good workers might quit rather than deal with picking up the phone to a stream of profanity... why anyone ever thought it was 'cute' that a man pushing 50 makes a habit of flipping the bird to people... imagine him at a high-level meeting with someone from India, and Rahm cracking his knuckles and then flipping the bird? No. Resign and go to a profession that encourages such behavior. We need an inforcer? A finger and a dead fish in the mail does not do it. A tossed profanity does not do it. That is child's play. yes, he should resign and go back to his WS buddies.
