Thanks for the response. Perhaps Asnd will be on the other side of the equation in M & A. Why would Ashby leave Pac Bell, if Asnd is to be sold, that certainly would leave his future hanging. What assurance would he have that he would remain.

Possibly a deal was structured for him in case of that consequence, but it seems counterproductive to take the job, if he was brought in for that reason.. Asnd's problem is Ejabat's credibility, something must be done about him and soon. Perhaps hiring Mr. Ashby is a step in that direction, but, so far the street doesn't think so. I would like to know when and how they plan on defending their stock.

If Asnd were a country and treated it's people as it does it's shareholders, it would be in violation of human rights. Good luck .
