I think it's always been there, we just never looked. Someone told me about them last year, and I played around with it a bit on the edge of the groomed area, but we went all the way to the boundary line yesterday and it was really fun.

They've renamed the Big Chief lift and now call it "Kehrs Lift" after a long time friend and employee who recently died. I think I'll always call it "Chiefs" though out of habit.
