I am also... but TOU violations are a different matter. To me, warnings should be given for continued off subject matters and the like. Personal attacks are a TOU matter.... read what we all agreed to for TOU: siliconinvestor.com The TOU I am referring posters for: "* Use Silicon Investor for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous ("tortious" or whatever -- you know what we mean), improper or otherwise objectionable." Up until recently, "Chances are - if you're honest, sincere and civil with your posts - you will never have to worry about the SI Administrators. In fact, the SI Administrators are really great people and they perform an invaluable service in maintaining the sanctity of Silicon Investor."
