When you are losing an argument, you use intimidation tactics to divert from the discussion.

There are limits to conducting any argument/debate, and I think we've all crossed the line from time to time as we try to make our points.

But BC was going beyond that and making statements that are not true, as well as being defamatory and libelous.

That's a no-no, especially when the other party draws the line.
