You are too funny. Hawk's world: All Muslims must die because they are inferior in religion, business sense, any and all other attributes of humanity. For them to resist is futile. Unless they agree to use drone killing machines instead of flying pipe bombs, their resistance is illegal and unethical, therefore they must all die, even children because they are spawn of the wicked. They are the ultimate victims therefore they must die so good will triumph. If someone calls me what I am, an abusive, warmongering, bloodthirsty freak, then the righteous law must protect me!
