Every billion dollars spent on public transportation produced 16,419 job-months. Or, put another way, gave 1,368 people a job for a year. That amounts to $730,994 for each job created. I see......all the money spent on public transportation is just for employment.....not materials, equipment, purchase of rights of way, taxes etc. Tell me.....are you considered smart and informed by Arkansas standards?
