Thanks, Tim. I printed that out (too lazy to jot it down) and will examine it tonight. So it's a merger? Because if it's one aquiring the other, I'd like to buy the aquiree for the arbitrage spread.

it is 1 dtop share for 2 indv shares. this i am sure was typo, please ignore. my question has to do with price.

dtop = 10 1/8
indv = 5 1/4

right now it would appear to purchase indv would be bad for your value because indv is trading at better than the 2 for 1 conversion, in essence right now you would lose value slightly. are you suggesting to pay attention and purchase should the valuations adjust?
