To Michael A. Gottesman: Your post states "$28-$29....approx. offering price on the secondary". Since the secondary hasn't been priced yet, this must be pure speculation.

To Mauro Cadella: Don't underestimate Harari. His comments definitely contributed to the pull back in the stock last month, but I believe that was intentional. Perhaps he didn't want the secondary priced at an overly volatile price of $60 (which would be good in the short run, but not in the long run). I don't think a $22 offering price is what he had in mind either. When the time comes, I think you'll see it fairly priced around $37. Harari is no fool.

To: Lee Lyle: You asked "Will the new cell phone card compete w/ TI's memory business." I have absolutely no idea. But keep in mind that if my prediction that Wednesday's announcement is about a new "cell phone card", this new technology will revolutionize the industry.

To Mike W: Chill.

Good luck.

A few thoughts on previous posts:
<<<$28 - $29 is the approx. offering price of secondary>>>
Since the details have yet to be announced, predicting a price on the secondary is pure speculation.

<<<The CEO is an idiot>>>
Don't underestimate him. Although his recent comments were partly to blame for the sell off last month, I'm sure he had good reasons for making them. Perhaps he didn't want to secondary to be overpriced (at perhaps $60) and volatile....which wouldn't be in SNDK's best interest. An offering price of $22 isn't good either. There's plenty of time before the offering for the stock to appreciate. My guess is it'll be around $37.

<<<Will this new "cell phone card" compete with T.I. memory?>>>
I have absolutely no idea. But if my prediction of Wednesday's announcement is accurate, I think it'll have a drastic affect on the phone and computer industry (for ex., if the cell phone card performs
as I stated, external modems and phone wires will be thing of the past.

Looking forward to Wednesday...

Greg.
