Do you mean a cite or a site? <Please give me a site, so I can adjust my opinion to current international law.>

I'm happy to tell you what current international law is. Others disagree. That's why there's so much argument and conflict.

There is really only victor's justice still. The silly trial of Milosevic and now Radovan: en.wikipedia.org are examples of victor's justice. Milosevic was tormented to death. His death was a great misfortune because the legal fees were terminated before all the money was used up. They had to quickly get hold of Radovan to get the cash flowing again. They'll keep him there on trial until the money is used up or he dies, whichever comes first.

Milosevic was a lawyer in his early years, so there was some poetic justice in him being kept in legal limbo until death. Radovan was a psychiatrist so he will have up close and personal introspection opportunities as they torment him until the money runs out or he kills himself. Maybe he will be able to get them to see the world in the right way to reduce their feelings of revenge and poor social development and set him free.

Yes, Hamas and Hisbollah are terrorist organisations. Heck, under any casual observation, they are, even without fancy-pants high salary lawyers clipping the ticket.

The UN is of course an illegal organisation and as soon as I am victorious, they shall be disestablished and be told to get jobs more suited to their talents. Helen Clark for example could get a job as a walking guide on some hiking trail though probably not as a cook at the end of the day.
