ROFLMAO, man, you need help to get your head out of Israel's ass. The correct answer is, they both are in violation. Maybe so.. But Hizballah was the CLEAR AGGRESSOR and the onus is on the Lebanese government to rein them in by disarming them and establishing control over the border between Lebanon and Israel. Until Lebanon is able to do that, they can only be considered a failed state.. A failed state that, btw, is STILL AT WAR WITH ISRAEL and has pledged to be the last to make peace with the Jews. Hawk
