Israel locates their military assets away from civilian populations.
Hezbollah rockets never strike Israeli military installations.
Hezbollah rockets always strike civilian targets or in the direction of Israeli targets.

All three of those statements are false.

The first is somewhat true, but not totally true. Israel's a small country and even in a large country like the US there are military assets around civilian population centers. But Israel doesn't entwine its military assets with the civilian population to the extent Hezbollah or Hamas do.

The 2nd and 3rd are only false because of "never" and "always". If it was "rarely" and "usually" than the statements would be true. Perhaps even "almost never" and "almost always", would be an accurate description.
