Count G, Thanks for pointing out the TPRO post #5244.... CYBER-BABBLE is one thing but when a few "posters" are so uniformed about a topic, make no effort to determine the veracity of their comments or to contribute anything of value, only make it easier to screen out their worthless posts. Hopefully by now some people know how to go to the Edgar site for company information; the requirements for a stock to be shorted and that $$$$ remain the same wnen a stock is split! john price

Just read #5244 in TPRO. This guy is unreal. He causes, pretty much single-handedly, the "panic" then tells the TRPO thread that everyone is in a panic over here. I firmly believe DF is evil. Someone shave his head so we can confirm. On second thought, let's call his "Schwab 500 team leader" (see post #266), who DF tells us is "extremely sharp" (but not sharp enough to understand the LUNN/ATPX merger), and ask him if DF is shorting ATPX. He's so "sharp" he'd probably tell us. By the way, I'm a lawyer too (but not a tax atty) so please do not judge us all based on DF.
