Gary Johnson is like the good assistant coach that makes a terrible head coach. He simply hasn't gotten the job done in any aspect whatsoever as CEO. Just another negative for GJ in the list that keeps getting longer.

No matter how much anybody likes this company or its products, your money cannot be trusted with this management. It's that simple.

As incredible as it may seem, I doubt that S3 management was aware of the problem initially.

When they lost their CFO, I think their accounting department just continued to add all the numbers the same way. You couldn't do something like this on purpose. When they shipped the product, they just added up all the invoices. They didn't discriminate between oem customers and distribution. That was total revenue. Inventories didn't get touched. Understandable, but not acceptable.

Now, I think the reasons for the nervousness on the CC have now been answered
