Well, after all, it's not what he says, it's what he does that counts.

I managed to be out of TV range during the State of the Union address, but I heard something when I got back like: "We can't continue to spend like the deficit has no consequences." Then he packs in a record breaking spending budget, and cuts some worthwhile programs just to prove his point.
