But men can drive them without having to have a man in the car with them to ensure they do it okay. Is any man allowed to supervise a woman driving or does it have to be a father or brother? That's even more sophisticated than Kazakhstan about which I saw a documentary a few years ago. A guy went to the USA to Make Benefit Kazakhstan.
