PAG. The responses of the stock (down & maybe subsequently ,eventually up) I agree with. A little less so with the explanation. The supply/demand view would be in a free market. But it isn't a free market, as I view it. The people who get the new shares are special -- big investors or institutions who have access to the firms who determine who gets shares and how many. So in my view that changes the supply/demand dynamic.
