Obama Is Underwater in CNN's Latest By: Jim Geraghty The Campaign Spot CNN's latest poll: Obama's at 49 percent approval, 50 percent disapproval. Only 50 percent say he "generally agrees with you on issues you care about"; 49 percent disagree. Only 48 percent say he's doing a good job of keeping his campaign promises, 52 percent say he isn't. Only 45 percent say he "has the right priorities"; 55 percent say he "hasn’t paid enough attention to the most important problems." When asked, "Do you think Barack Obama has paid more attention to the problems faced by middle class Americans or the problems faced by banks and other financial institutions?" only 28 percent say "middle class Americans" and 60 percent say "banks." But I have to say, this guy is growing on me. As I said on Twitter, "Spending freeze, Afghan surge, slow Iraq pullout, no health care bill . . .
