Koan, let me put it this way. Sacramento has been dominated by liberals for many, many years now. Public employee unions have the legislature by the balls. Your argument is that CA wasn't liberal enough because of the obstructionism of the Republican minority. If only those damn anti-tax conservatives could shut up, liberals could tax their way back into paradise.
