I think maybe everyone should come up with his/her own personal views on sales like you. My own opinion about ACOR in general has pretty much been posted already. I personally have to figure out how I am going to handle the ACOR stock after the FDA decision. I try to be a strategic trader/investor and in general do not just buy/sell and hold. Personally I make too many mistakes if I just buy/sell and forget.

One add'l thought would be that I don't know if ACOR mgt would like to be taken over. In other words, everyone has a price, but I am not sure they would go at like $40. There are at least a couple of examples out there of companies not taking an offer which turned out to be the high stock price point.
