"Who knows what the truth is here? That's why we have what are called "trials" If the guy has made public proclamations about their affiliation with Jihadist organizations, and especially Al Qaida, then I say they've juts VOLUNTARILY painted a target on their forehead. A perfect example of this is Adam Gadahn: cnn.com en.wikipedia.org I have no problem in treating them as combatants worthy of kill/capture status. Just as I would not have had a problem with US citizens who fought on the side of the Nazis or Japanese during WWII. Hawk
