Arhie, They better do soemthing cuase there is supposed to be another placement in February. More shares at this price would leave us with about 15 cents a share. Do you think you'll be able to call tomorrow? Hraka

Arch, Priorities sometimes get in the way don't they? But we do what we gotta do. I agree that this could be the buy of the century but I also understand that the Reg.S has killed us as it most often does. It is my understanding that the CEO (forgot his name(Baker?) is trying to secure straight equity financing for the immediate future. Could you ask him if that has been achieved. If it has then there is light at the end of this dark tunnel. If not Hrarka is right, but I think .15 is on the high side. It is my opinion that EPS will decide our immediate fate and if there is another offering in Feb. look out Just my humble opinion, Also, love your optimism Arch. Hope you get a chance to call.
