Hawk Your holding back -g- Lets start at 1st base .... (a) It SUCKS to post a 1 subject news thingie over and over and over and over ..... (b) With respect to seeing a 1 subject news thingie over and over its (a)^squared Unless .... (c) Why do it then? The reasons vary - 1) Today - it was to physically SHOW a trend - I.E. 2010 Corp SALES (perhaps) are TRACKING down ...... (Banks -g- and a few others excluded) IMPLIED: No price traction for companies Unit Volumes declining .. and so .. Future job cuts? Logically its the only way to increase earnings. 2) The other day ..... layoffs Verizon killing off 13,000 NYC talking about 19,000 etc. I was trying to show a TREND and (implied) infer - we shot our wad with a $1.4? tillion stimulus plan and Verizon and NYC and others are where we have landed. Meanwhile Mr Mainstream press says: "Things are peachy-creamy" 3) Finally - sometimes it takes ANGLES of various news articles about 1 subject to grasp the subject. I'm stupid - so it takes me several shots to grasp something. I don't wanna change my style - so if its a pain in the ass ... (and this ain't any big shakes) I will just stop posting. regards John
