Doug, Do you know if it's happened before?

Anyway, I'm sure MSFT could talk that issue away, just like everything else :)

They may also be able to argue that they are willing to "allow" PC makers to omit certain items, as long as the OEM gets their permission. So then they can just say that they won't allow The Internet icon to be removed.
