Nonsense Buddy. Any document can be challenged at any time. Documents are constantly challenged. You tend to make a case for what you believe to be or should be, yet you apparently haven't a clue of what you speak. A document examiner of a challenged or suspicious document first goes to the source of certification. The issuer of the document would then produce and testify regarding the source document. Witnesses, if alive could then be interviewed and challenged as well.

NO document is accepted in a court of law without prior stipulation of the parties or acceptance by the parties in court. Documents are just pieces of paper or film of sorts. I have no idea where you got the idea in your head that a birth certificate has some special significance.

Now whether they EVER MAY be "rebuttable" or not (and that has not ever happened *yet*)
