I think you have that on both sides with respect to judges these days...

It's tough to write a campaign finance law when the people writing need as much money as they can to win. Cut down the length of campaigns and they wouldn't need so much money.

JMO

I Still think less federal government is better, leave it up to the states to make the laws and move if you don't like them. The federal government oversteps it's bounds way too far too often.
