Hi Dale -

Staying way clear of SYQT right now. Might be a good candidate for a straddle - go long and short simultaneously - I think we'll break five again before the next collapse. Can't imagine much of a rally with 240,000,000 shares coming down. They'll probably do a reverse split before too long - maybe one for four - get the float back down to 60 mil or so. Earning were worse than my wildest expectations. I still can't believe they're basically doing a rerun of the EZ135 fiasco with the Syjet. Product's out less than six months, with no revenue/earnings improvement and they're already obsoleting it (economically).

I bought CPQ Friday at $64 - looking for $100 yet this year. A lot less risky than SYQT! DATM has recovered nicely and RATL will double in less than six months. NUKO's been a big dissappointment - still hangin in there, at least they don't have much stock out - kinda like SYQT in early '96 when it went from $5 to $18 in less than a week.

Regards,

Joe
