Where is the submitted budget with said freezes? Doesn't take a party to submit that budget. If Obama is serious, he goes to the Cabinet, sez give me yer next year's budget with no more $ than you got last year, takes that to Congress and sez here's the budget with no more $ than last year except SS, MC, Medicaid, give me more and I'll veto it and shut everything down. Chinu was talking about some bill that came up today in the Senate that would partially freeze spending. I am not sure what you are talking about. He's just posturing now. Obama? Again, I am not sure what you are referring to.
