What a joke that guy is. Late in 2008 Indiana was one of the most jobless states in the nation. I guess dumping over 5000 state employees into the local jobless market helped the state out?

I hope the states tax the rich bastards clear to China!

OK. I ignored his partisan comments and just looked at the rest.

So he can state a problem plainly. State tax revenues are lower and likely to stay lower.

Does he have any ideas about solutions? Saying we must tighten our belts is all well and good until you have to get down to specifics.
