I think they mentioned the K6 3D going from 68 sq. mm (K6) to 81 sq. mm at 9.1 million transistors (K6 3D), on the 0.25 micron process.


Both of these are less than half the die size of the current K6, which, all other things being equal means 4 times the yield per wafer. Both of these will have a production cost less than Intel-purchased components of a Slot 1 Deschutes.
