Etrade customer service is truely stone age period. First of all you have to wait for 30 minutes. And then the stupid representative comes on phone and doesn't your questions. On top of it she behaves extremely rude. You are correct people who trade with etrade ought have their ability to reason capabilities checked. I have transfered my account the day on Monday it self. It won't be long before Etrade goes down the tube. Another of the countless unsatisfied Etrade account holder, Not any more as couple of day ago. Mula
