The next shoe is a positive one. Remember, regardless of the outcome of these class action suits which will become one (which is probably the consolidation of the suits, the other shoe) the people suing want this to be a wealthy company. This is at least a three year duration so short term, it doesn't matter.

So what is wrong with this movie. My observation is that the short term investors are being flushed out either by margin or lack of news to support future earnings. It has been the seven days since the stock started generating margin calls and that should have ended today. If I were the top management and new board members, I would be buying bucket loads of this stock if I believed in the stock and the company to do new business. I believe that this is what is happening. I understand that there is a large buyer at this level, The buyer is either top mangement, market maker, or takover specialist.

Craig,

Did a large block trade today?? "IT" showed a block of 50800 shares at $6.00 this morning. IT is often off in it's trade data, so I was wondering if you can confirm that block?? I think it's incorrect because I looked at an intra-day chart on quote.com, and it didn't appear to have a volume spike at 50k. Just wishing a certain insider (or two) were buying bucket-loads at this level.

Those medical situations can be scary. I hope everything's OK.

Jay

<<the next shoe is supposed to drop in 41 days.>>

Craig, the attorney did not use the term "other shoe drop" that was my interpretation. The attorney said that they amended the class action (Patrick if your still around maybe you can speak to the 45 days) and that the results of the amended suite would be public in 45 days.

JB and others, I was taken back by how frankly Mr.Steinmeyer spoke about the suite and possible legal charges. And yes I am fully aware that class actions are civil actions. Please call yourself and get the information first hand (though I do believe that these guys read these boards). By the way, he even asked if I owned any Oxford Health - talk about ambulance chasers - Yuck!
