Our newspaper said the spending bill was being reviewed by the president. It mentioned about seven programs that were being vetoed by the president. Ours was not mentioned as one that was being lined out! Is this the bill containing our appropriation or is it still in the House and Senate being bounced around?

Thanks Jerry for your expertise! It seems clear that competition will be tremendous, however, our lead and world dominence in Biometrics should at the very least make us a prime take-over candidate and with R & D we will continue to grow rapidly and products will be seen as the world-wide standard. While others are frantically searching for the magic formula, we have been successfully marketing ours for years.

David,

"You should always fear the obvious"....said the cowboy who forgot to load his gun before the shootout.

I want to make sure that IDX has my/our help with the lawsuit. Our sevices are free and worth every penny..... I don't know how often people lose suits because they forget to make a motion.....but I'm sure it has happened......The Nanny case comes to mind...The girl forgot to file a motion that her lawyer was an idiot, and needed to be replaced.

I had a speeding ticket thrown out of court once because the police officer failed to appear......It was a lucky day for about 30 guilty people.....Cop balks...we walk.

Not a big deal, David....and besides, I've been asked not to discuss the lawsuit because it may encourage the short sellers........and I've been asked not to pump-up the stock because it may be viewed as contrarian talk and encourage the short sellers.....Go figure.

Credit card authentication is not a problem for the use of Pattern recognition.......The print you give at McDonalds ONLY has to match the one encoded in your card......It is not a one-to-many application. It works like an ON/OFF switch for your credit card....and only you or your evil bizzarro world twin can turn it on......in fact, the pattern matching data never leaves the card reader......and I doubt the government would have any way of knowing that you have had a Big Mac Attack.
