Thomas-Thanks for the Fido info. I just don't want to feel so Dirty after I get off the phone with a representative (assuming I need to clarify something on the phone). eSchwab seems to have professional and pleasant phone help the three times that I have called (my wait time was minimal). There are obviously very few reps at E.T. and they probably hand out Valium and Prozac rations to these frontliners on the hour every hour. However, management is top down. They reflect management which seems to have no respect for its hardcore traders which generate easy money for the EGRP.
