Yes, Nomi Prins tells you who is buying, and why banks aren't
lending... Cause they are buying. Volcker plan is a nuisance
that can be bypassed. Ben and especially Geithner not lynched
means no change, although Ben lynched would make no change,
except that it raises the risk of Geithner sacking; apparently,
he was behind paying AIG counterparties, according to her.

I guess it's being decided this Volcker stuff is a joke,
not Glass-Steagall. -g/ng-

New York Fed appears to have a quant group and looking
for some quants. WTF??? I'm becoming a believer in your crazy
stuff.

"We are looking for individuals with considerable industry
experience in OTC derivatives operations support. Candidates
should have experience in a back or middle office, specifically
trade or post-trade support for OTC credit and/or equity
derivatives. Knowledge of other OTC derivative asset classes,
including interest rates, foreign exchange and commodities are
also welcome."
