If it turns out the Administration had the FBI shadowing O'Keefe & Co. it could well turn out to be the Administrations Watergate Moment.

All this gets down to is "impersonating a telephone repairman." The whole purpose was not to "interfere," that's a phony charge. It was to prove that the calls were going though that the Senator's office claimed weren't. They arrested on this basis because they didn't have anything else.

This is a political case. Does the Federal DA's office in Louisiana want to go to court with this? If forced to by Holder, I guess they will. If they do, the case will be a loser for them. O'Keefe has enough support to afford good lawyers.

At some point, O'Keefe will have Glenn Beck pounding the drums for him on his show. Then it becomes "What did Holder know and when did he know it?" Time for a 2AM meeting in a DC parking structure.
