One recommendation: SUE to assert your claimed rights (and clarify the legal issue). :-)

(But I suspect, although I'm certainly nothing like any kind of 'expert' in federal election law or Senate's procedures, that others in the Senate will argue that UNTIL Brown is sworn-in he is still Senator-elect, not Senator. And also suspect that Senate rules probably say something like 'swearing in comes after official certification of the election', which is up to the State's officials and laws, right?)

Anyway... SUING would be tons of fun!
