Gary,
Without a doubt the company is in trouble, you know it- I know it- Mory knows it and whom ever is buying the company knows it. This is Mory's only chance to save the company and that is to merge or sell it. There are more people who own this stock under 45 then over and that will end any chances of shareholders voting no.
