I agree with Stevens. You don't. I will not convince you, and you will certainly not convince me. While we could argue this over a long period, I'm not interested. I wish you'd quit posting to me, and I keep mentioning this- but of course you keep posting to me. I would just ignore you, but then you might think I don't have any rebuttals, and I always do. However, it's all quite quite pointless. Best of luck to you.

The constitution doesn't say that my dog doesn't have free speech either- Your dog is neither a person itself, nor a collection of people. Your dog is not capable of speech of this type. It can not express political opinions. It might express affection for, or dislike of, a politician it met, but that would be for personal not political reasons. A corporation is also not endowed with the ability to speak. In fact a corporation has no brain and cannot express an opinion because it has none. The CEO or president, or owner can speak for him/herself but is not the "voice" of a corporation. They can, on their own behalf, express freely that which would help the corporation. People who join non-profit organizations that have people all of a like mind on certain subjects can pool their funds to obtain political advantage, but for-profit corporations are not comprised of people of like political mind. In fact they are largely made up of people who simply need a job.
