John; We're well past that point, I know that, I said that. I was using this when replying to Paul that the dems never had a 60 vote majority. ......I suppose he was referring to Lieberman and Sanders. I thought Pauls comment to be just symptomatic of finger pointing rather than dealing with reality. That's what I was commenting on. Working with Reps didn't work Well, did I say I think it is too late for that? ......Soooooo, then you go with allowing - er, encouraging the filibuster. Somehow this deadlock must be broken and if liberals get stuck in their ideology can't find a way, republicans will get a try.
