There is nothing in the constitution preventing each and every employee or stockholder from speaking, voting, and partaking in political activity.

The right to free speech (and worship and the press etc.) is not just the right to do such things as a sole individual, but also to do so as part of an organization.

If it was not so, than any media organization could be prevented from expressing political views, any church could be denied the right to exist, and so on.
