Who said anything about donating to political campaigns? I sure as hell didn't, the SCOTUS sure as hell didn't ... it is still very much illegal for a corporation to donate to a political campaign (though a PAC can but that's another story).

Commenting on political matters is way different from giving truckloads of money to political campaigns.

1 - The decision had nothing to do with giving money to political campaigns.

2 - Freedom of speech, but no freedom to obtain money to get your message across, is like the freedom to eat but having to beg on the street to get food. If you don't let someone obtain and use money to get their message across you do infringe on their freedom of speech.

Do you think it is healthy for large corporations or unions to run the country?

That's not an issue. They have an impact but they don't run the country, and this decision will only change that to a very minor degree if at all.
