Cigarettes, alcohool, low tech health, expensive health care, poor education to understand his body, hard and hazardous work... Since 15 years ago, the 40 year old man is starting up. A fifty year old man is producing a lot. Too many youngsters coming in the work force, makes a company put older folks together with them for them to learn. See Huawei, too many young people. They take risks older man would avoid. The old man think long term. Five, ten, 20 years in the future. Young man think 3 months ahead!! The old man, knows things pass, he persevere. Young man wants to change the course of action right now. That is why older man have a value in the market and capitalize on his experience. China is not yet a knowledge based economy. They dont have lots of 50 year old men who can deliver experience, wisdom and knowledge. Thats is why they are not prominent in the market place. You, Ping and Allan will be the ones. In China today, everyone in the knowledge based economy are max. 35 to 40 years old. That is why you are not seeing yet the fifties in there.
