He is only that. There are plenty of talkers in politics. That does not give them the skills necessary to perform their duties. It is much like a mistake made in business. Some people will take a great production guy and then move them up to supervisor. They lack those skills and they end up a bad supervisor. Obama is the same story. He is a great campaigner, but when you give him job duties he is forced to do a job he never was trained for and lacks the necessary skills.
