David M: Got back into town tonight. One day trip to Rhode Island and Conn. Up at 5:00am and back at 8:00pm. We were working on the final submittal of a bid for 25millon worth of work for Amtrak. Had to meet with Amtrak to explain the bid and do some contract writing. Didn't buy CSMA because of lack of time. Saw it made a big move today, up 60%. Was up higher than that but backed off some. Really don't know much about the fundamentals of the company. Got any news you can share with me? Three more days and we be in Annapolis. RADAR
