Honey Bee, The Constitution says No PERSON shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. It refers to persons, not just citizens.

It's very likely that the fact that the obama administration cut off the questioning of the Christmas Day homicide-bomber by giving him Miranda rights, will cost American lives at some point in the future.... That alone should qualify as treason and murder. Most definitely... liberals care more about the rights of terrorists than the safety of Americans... obama has already showed his disdain for America numerous time, he himself is not an American, he has never proven that sufficiently and continues to keep his records hidden... he could be working for al quaida for all we really know...
