It will probably be achieved by turning the USA into a Zimbabwe analogue rather than by my suggestion. Cutting CO2 can be achieved in different ways. Obama will achieve it [based on current form] by causing economic collapse. There will still be plenty of government employees, probably even more than now, but they won't be able to buy hydrocarbons or coal. So the economic collapse will continue and China will increase CO2 emissions. More likely, he'll be voted out and more sensible ideology will be adopted and the worries about CO2 will look silly - especially from the viewpoint of 2011. Mqurice
