Obama and the Democrats in congress, have control over the spending, and they had some control over the spending even when Bush was in office since the Democrats had a majority during the last two years. Now they have been in office over a year. The crazy spending and deficits are theirs. Their blaming of others is largely false, and even if it was true would be a distraction, but they care more about the partisan attacks then really solving problems.
