Tim, apparently "adults" think that the solution to all of the problems in society consists of:

a) Give more speeches.
b) Max out the credit card.

Those are the actions of a drunkard, not a responsible adult. Throw in delusions of "saving the planet" for good measure.

The whole "adult in the presidency now" theme is ridiculous and pretty much meaningless, we've always had adults in the presidency, and not just in the literal sense of that term.

They were certainly the right age to be called adults but the emotional maturity? Nope. Look at Cheney now....he can't shut up.......he's a like a kid at a football game.

More importantly its irrelevant. Obama may be "an adult" but he's just as irresponsible as anyone else to occupy that office in recent decades, perhaps even more irresponsible since he's proposing crazy new spending, majors new expansions of government, when we already have 13 figure deficits.

Obama is a thousand times more responsible than Bush.
